ABOUT US

Builde co-founders John Athanasiou and Mark Rechichi have a long-standing personal and professional partnership, stemming from their days as students at Swinburne University, where they both completed a Bachelor of Technology in Building Surveying.  After graduating, John and Mark commenced their careers in the building surveying field, gaining valuable experience as Registered Building Practitioners at various firms. In 2007, they formed their own business on the back of the expertise and skills they had developed over their careers. Working together meant that their company was built on strong foundations of trust and competence, and they take pride in the work that comes out of a positive and collaborative working environment. These values have been adopted as part of the company culture. With a strong reputation for excellence and a mission to deliver exceptional service to their clients, John and Mark have developed Builde into the company it is today.
