BOOK INSPECTION

Inspections must be booked directly via Builde’s office and can be done so by visiting our website at builde.com.au, or email inspections@builde.com.au, or by phone on 03 9572 3111. Inspections carried out by structural engineers must be notified to our office prior to the inspection and a Certificate of Compliance Reg 126 must be provided by the engineer for each inspection without delay. 48 hours’ notice is required to book an inspection. Same day inspections will incur an additional fee and cannot be guaranteed. Should you require a same day inspection, please book by contacting our office on 03 9572 3111. Bookings are made on an AM/PM basis only. Specific times cannot be guaranteed. Booking requests submitted after 3pm will be attended to the following business day. For cancellations or rescheduling please contact our office direct on 03 9572 3111. Cancellation/rescheduling fees may apply. Do not proceed with booking this inspection if any previous inspections are still outstanding and/or not yet passed or approved. For frame inspections, ensure truss documentation has been submitted at least 2 business days prior to inspection. Builde will confirm your inspection booking within one business day.
